Full strongly exceptional collections on smooth toric varieties.

I will present some known facts and hypothesis about full,
strongly exceptional collections of line bundles on smooth toric
varieties. I will describe a method of constructing a candidate for
such a collection using the Frobenius morphism for toric varieties. I
will also present efficient ways of counting homologies of line
bundles on toric varieties.
